Norbert Broczkowski

Realtor® Norbert is the name and buying and selling houses is my passion. I was born in Poland and lived in Chicago since 1989, I’m fluent in Polish and English. At the age of 25 I was already self employed working and managing a fleet of cars and drivers in the limousine industry. After the slow down in my industry I decided to go into Real Estate to obtain my license so I could help people with making their purchase of buying a home. My business drive and marketing experience has helped me become a great Realtor®, and now I’m helping buyers, sellers and investors finding the perfect properties. I give my full attention to every transaction, and being detail oriented doesn’t hurt. I help my clients every step of the way through the purchase process, whether it’s showing, selling or even staging the properties to get the job done quickly. I’m also a board member with my homeowners association here in Chicago, helping with decision making on all upcoming projects. I value the trust my clients have in me and with my dedication I strive to exceed their expectations. I enjoy building my relationships with my clients and following up on every detail from start to finish. I’m confident that once we meet we will build a life long relationship.
